Tendai Rusinahama exists to fight injustice and solve the complex problems associated with that endeavor. To this end, she has an impeccable record of over 15years’ experience in the dispensation of justice, first as a public prosecutor, then as a senior magistrate and now as a legal practitioner. Her rich experience placed her in a position to understand the intricacies of the legal system in Zimbabwe for the benefit of clients.
Through her specialized watching brief services, she has helped big business entities to investigate corporate fraud and espionage and to recover huge sums of money lost through sophisticated and white collar crimes. In the mining law field, she has successfully argued complex matters and obtained Court Orders which remain extant to date, unlocking immense value for clients. She is an international speaker on the subject of estate planning and family law who has cumulatively impacted over ten thousand conference participants
Aleck Chimhofu is a legal practitioner, and conveyancer. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe. He is currently studying towards Master of Laws in Land and Natural Resources Law (LMLNR) at the University of Zimbabwe. He sits in Lady Enereta International High School Board of Governors
He has helped several clients in an advisory capacity. He believes that the true creed of good lawyering is the ability to take clients to legal solutions as quickly and cheaply as possible. To him, therefore, law should not be viewed as a narrow and isolated branch, the manifest and application of which is triggered only when matters of dispute and compliance arise. He believes, rather, that legal counsel should form part of the day to day decision making process and its impact on the clients’ business and development should be proactively and objectively assessed and analysed. Thus, a sound advice to clients is a step towards achieving clients’ desired goals.

Shingirai Hoko attained an LLB(S) Law Degree from the University of Zimbabwe in December 2021. He is a recently registered Legal Practitioner at Brentwood Law Chambers. He is passionate about commercial law and litigation and has assisted the law firm in case preparation on a number of occasions. Shingirai aspires to develop into a legal practitioner who delivers quality service to clients, is able to work well with his colleagues and is a diligent servant of the court.
